Delicious Churros and ice cream. It is sweet but delicious Getting into the restaurant is tricky if you're not from the area cause of the closure/ construction. Service is ok, wish it was faster . Nice ambiance.

My colleague picked up some coffees for us before a meeting. I've been in once and it was such a cool vibe. One day I'll I'll sit down and enjoy my coffee there. I ordered the Pumpkin Horchata and it was absolutely delicious.

Came here on a hot summer afternoon needing a change of scenery, wanting to go to an artist popup and wanting to see the coffee and churro cafe I've been following for years. Saw the Hello Kitty Artist popup and swigged on a matcha horchata frappe. It was solid, though I wished I thought to get some churros too. They sell breakfast now also. Overall, it's a smooth spot in a city I used to work in. Cheers!

i absolutely love this hispanic styled cafe. this is my second time coming here and i love it. i got their hot cafe de olla and it tasted exactly how it tastes in mexico. it was only 3.85 too! they have a ton of hispanic art work and merch like stickers, purses and other cool stuff! the staff was nice and our coffee was out quickly. last time i tried their churros and conchas and they were great. this is a perfect study space with a ton of tables and seats available. they also serve food for breakfast other than their sweet treats. this is one of my favorite cafes to go to i love this place

Came in for lunch and we both ended up getting breakfast. Loved the fact that b'fast is served until 2pm - nice bonus! Service was great. The staff welcomed us when we walked in which was very nice. I was blown away on walking in to this very spacious, very open, and warm café. Lots of room around the tables, lots of artwork on the walls, a nice little spot to buy little things like coffee mugs and related items. I took lots of photos - that's how much I liked what I saw. I ordered the "3 all natural fluffy pancakes, coconut cream, AND organic maple syrup. Slap me now - I'm in Southern California and they are service MAPLE SYRUP?! I immediately ordered this. My friend ordered the barbacoa breakfast burrito. I have to say that my pancakes were just delicious. Listen, I've been to a café in downtown Lake Placid, NY - in the heart of maple syrup country - and they did not service maple syrup - you couldn't even pay for it. Crazy! So HRL get's kudos from this displaced Canadian who loves maple syrup on his pancakes. In fact, when the owner (David) came by I complimented the fact the dish was excellent and the syrup was literally the caviar on top. My buddy loved his b'fast burrito. I'm coming back, but I wonder if I will ever try anything other than the pancakes with maple syrup. Yum, yum, yum. By the way, I had my first horchata (plain) here. Really enjoyed it!

Came here on a whim. Glad I did! The atmosphere is really chill inside, it's huge and it was very warm inside. The food meal is available from 7am to 2pm. I ordered cafe de la oja- it was a little sweet, so after drinking it about halfway. I went, and I had them refill it with regular coffee and they were very sweet and offered to give me a new cup of regular. I am planning to go back to try the food. I will go back to enjoy the coffee and desserts.

Cutest coffee spot. Their conchas are made fresh in the mornings - vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry. I was surprised to discover that the strawberry was my favorite one. Their coffees are good but on the sweeter side. I usually just ask for half sweeten. They have a drive thru on the side, great when you're just picking up a dozen for that work meeting.

Horchateria Rio Luna is one of those spots where once you try it your always going to wanna come back. The ambiance is a very retro Latino cafe. They have a lot of cool little Knick knacks souvenirs where you can buy . The service is ok not the best but not bad . The food is mid to high point but your paying for the experience and also the quality of the food and pastries there ! Overall if your around the area check them out !
